Learning to build just societies – from evidence to action
Co-hosted with Namati this webinar will translate the conceptual linkages in the new UNESCO report Education and justice: Learning to build just societies into practical, on-the-ground application. Key country champions will illustrate its relevance in their national contexts while organizations working on legal access—including Global Justice Network partners—will situate the report’s recommendations within existing practice and identify where critical gaps remain. Participants will gain new perspectives on the intersections between education and justice, along with practical insights into policies and approaches that demonstrate how education can reduce crime, strengthen democracy, reinforce the rule of law, and contribute to lasting peace.
